Testimonies are stories of glory and praise.ยน These stories help us to believe, personally, in the biblical principles we already know. My testimony after one long day at the farm with my family made me believe in the existence of angels.
Elechi went with her mother and brother to the farm to harvest cassava. The farm was located in another village, very far from human settlement. There was a motorable road to the farm, but it was rarely used. So, they arranged with the bike man who brought them to the farm to come and carry them back home at 1 P.M. The bike man agreed and exchanged contact with Elechi's mother.
That day, the sun's intensity was gentle. It was favorable weather to work on the farm with clear skies and mild temperatures. They had also carried enough water and farm snacks for the road. So they were able to harvest plenty of cassava tubers that were enough to fill two bean bags.
Elechi's mother reasoned that one bike man would not be able to carry all the cassava bags, and humans. She called two other bike men she knew personally on the phone and they all agreed to come and carry them.
All three bike men disappointed them after making them wait long enough for them to finish peeling all the cassava tubers. They would have joined the tricycles that passed the road occasionally if they were not loaded with bunkering kerosene. They even called more bike men, but they did not also show up.
They divided the cassava tubers from one bean bag into three rice bags. They carried each rice bag on their heads and started trekking to the junction where they hoped to find any random bike. They waited for a while at the junction before they saw a brother, Nwane, on his motorcycle. Nwane lived in one of the nearby villages after the farmlands.
